EcoAthletes Newest Hall of Famer
October 28, 2026
To celebrate the inaugural Green Sports Month, GreenSportsPod is airing four weekly interviews this October, led by EcoAthletes CEO and GSP founder Lew Blaustein. For our third Green Sports Month pod this October, Lew talks with the Caroline Gleich — world class pro skier, Everest climber, climate activist, Democratic party nominee for US Senate (Utah) in ‘24. Now you can add EcoAthletes’ sixth Hall of Famer to Caroline’s phenomenal resume! Caroline. You are in for a real treat as Caroline takes you through her athletic, activist, and political journey!
ICYMI, check out the links to our first two Green Sports Month pods: Click here for our interview with the engaging Rhydian Cowley, Olympic medal-winning race walker from Australia, EcoAthletes Champion, and climate action leader. And click here for our chat with Bernadette Woods Placky, the meteorologist turned executive director of the new nonprofit Talking Climate Collaborative, about the power of athletes to exponentially grow the impact of climate communications, the world’s most underrated climate solution! Our final Green Sports Month pod drops next week when we talk with the courageous Claire Poole, one of the Green-Sports world’s most important and innovative leaders as she is the driving force behind Sport Positive, the London-based nonprofit that “supports the global sports community to increase ambition and take action on climate change, sustainability, biodiversity and environmental justice.”
Remember, you can also listen to/find GreenSportsPod on your favorite podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and more)
